Arsenal Drum and Bugle Corps holds a deep-seated philosophy of Education Through Performance. Our mission is to provide life enriching experiences to our youth through the platform of Marching and Winter Guard Performing Arts. In Arsenal, our mission is to promote and protect opportunity for all members. Our organization is stronger when we embrace diversity and ensure respectful inclusion. Arsenal does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, height, weight, physical or mental ability (including HIV status), veteran status, military obligations, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law. This policy applies to hiring, program membership, training, and terminations and applies to all Arsenal  employees, volunteers, members, and contractors.

Regarding Complaints of Misconduct and How to File a Grievance:

Any person who feels they have been harassed, discriminated against, or otherwise treated negatively because of their race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other characteristics, should file a complaint with members of the administrative team or directly to the board of directors at contact@arsenalperformingarts.org.
